SuperFood Overnight Oats

If you like the easiness of overnight oats, this is a great way to give them an extra dose of healthiness! Chia seeds are packed with protein and omega-3s, and I discussed the benefits of using hemp protein here. Goji berries are an amazing superfruit loaded with fiber, protein, Vitamin C, trace minerals, all essential amino acids, and are believed to be the best source of carotenoid antioxidants. Chia seeds and goji berries are usually sold in their dried form, and one purchase can last a long time. I've also used goji berries when making tea and trail mixes. This is by far one of my favorite breakfasts. These oats are super easy and delicious!

½ c oats
¼ c goji berries
1 T chia seeds
1 T hemp protein powder
1 T agave or honey
⅛ t sea salt
1½  c strawberry or vanilla almond milk

Mix all the ingredients together the night before and place in an airtight container in the refrigerator.  When ready to eat, stir contents together and enjoy!
